Through empowerment and choice, women decide their own pathway forward.
Women can choose from 20 different vocational programs for the career they want, putting them on a pathway to economic independence and freedom.
Approximately 90% of women who go through the courses find dignified, fair wage jobs after graduating. Several go on to start their own businesses as independent business owners. Most of them perform exceedingly well on their government exams where close to 90% receive a distinction upon graduation.
All courses have been recognized by the government of Telangana which gives the graduating students an advantage when seeking career placement. Every year, a job fair is held on campus where business owners pay to attend in search of ideal candidates.

For those who wish to become entrepreneurs, we offer micro-grants and/or business startup kits to help them launch their new careers.
